Who is behind this website

This website is mine: I am Enzo Ruiz and I run it as an individual. My identification and contact details are shown above.

I work as a drinks consultant and adviser, and I provide cocktail training and mentoring for bars and professionals. If you would like to talk to me, email me at enzo@stillroom.co or use the contact form.

What this website is for

Here I explain what I do, how I work and what I can offer your bar or your career. I also share articles on the blog.

Sending the contact form does not commit you to any contract. It is simply a first step towards getting to know each other. If we decide to work together, each service will be set out in a proposal that we both have to accept. Until then, neither of us is committed to anything.

Using the website

You are free to browse this website without registering. Please use it in good faith and in accordance with the law. In particular, you must not:

• Try to damage the website, overload it or access parts of it that are not public.
• Use the form to send spam, unlawful content or other people’s data without their permission.
• Copy the content and pass it off as your own.

Content and links to other websites

This website links to Stillroom, my bar, and to Stillroom Academy, where my courses are. These are separate websites with their own owners and their own terms. Once you visit them, their legal texts apply, not these.

If you are interested in a course, dates, places and prices are always confirmed on the Stillroom Academy website. What you read about them here is only an introduction.

If I link to any other website, it is because I think it is useful to you. I do not control its content and I am not responsible for it. If you find a link that does not work or that leads somewhere inappropriate, let me know and I will look into it.

The texts, photographs, design and other content on this website are mine, or I have permission to use them. You may read them, share the link and quote short extracts, provided you credit the source.
