Cocktail menus for events and brands
An event cocktail menu is designed to be served quickly and well within the event's real logistics. I create catering menus costed per guest or per drink, brand signature serves in a bar version and a simple version, activation concepts, and pre-mixes or bottled cocktails.
I design cocktails for events, catering and brands: menus built to be served quickly and well, signature serves that carry your brand's identity, activations and product development. Every proposal starts from the real logistics of the event and what you want people to remember.

From a working bar.
I'm co-owner and creative director of Stillroom, in Madrid, with a menu of 19 cocktails: 8 signatures, 7 reworked classics and 4 zero-proof. At Stillroom Academy I run, among others, the course on building a signature serve, and in our lab we work with ferments, cordials and infusions.
Is it right for your project?
Catering and private events
Weddings, dinners and celebrations where the cocktails have to come out fast, spot on and up to the standard of the food.
Companies and agencies
Corporate events, trade fairs or launches that need their own menu and a bar concept.
Brands and distributors
Distilleries and liqueur, vermouth or non-alcoholic brands that want signature serves, an activation or well-trained ambassadors.
Hotels and restaurants that host events
Your banqueting or function room needs a cocktail menu the team can turn out without slowing service down.

How I work
An event cocktail isn't just a bar cocktail made in bulk. I design it with the logistics in mind from day one.
First meeting
You tell me about the event or the brand: audience, guest numbers, space, timings, budget and what you want to get across.
Creative proposal
I present the concept and the event menu or the signature serves, with their cost per guest or per drink.
Development and tastings
We fine-tune the recipes in tastings and I adapt each cocktail to the logistics: batching, kits, chilling and service times.
Production and training
I prepare the production plan and set-up sheets, and train whoever is serving: your team, the caterer's or your ambassadors.
Event and wrap-up
I'm there for set-up or service if we've agreed that. Afterwards we go over what worked, for next time.

Before we start
How far in advance should I get in touch?
As a guide, one to three weeks for a catering menu and two to eight weeks for an event or brand activation. If you already have a date, message me as soon as you can and we'll see what fits.
Do you also provide the bar and the staff?
My job is designing the cocktails: menu, recipes, logistics and training for whoever serves. I can be there for set-up or service if we've agreed that.
Do you create cocktails with my brand's product?
Yes. I start from your spirit, liqueur, vermouth or non-alcoholic drink and create signature serves in two versions: a bar version and a simple one anyone can make. Each comes with its spec sheet.
Do you develop bottled cocktails or pre-mixes?
I develop the formula, the trials and the serving guide. Shelf stability and legal labelling need an external lab and regulatory adviser: I don't replace them, and we make that clear from the start.
Can there be zero-proof options?
Yes, and they should be every bit as good as the rest of the menu. At Stillroom we have four zero-proof cocktails; for events I design them with the same techniques: cordials, ferments and infusions.
How is this different from signature cocktails?
Signature cocktails are drinks with their own identity for a bar, restaurant or hotel menu. Here everything revolves around an event or a brand: volume, logistics, campaign and training for whoever serves.
Pairs well with: signature cocktails, cordials and ferments and cocktail menu design.
Tell me about your event or your brand
Give me the date, the number of guests or the product you want to promote. We'll go through it together and pin down the scope of the brief.
